  • place an order with Direct Group businesses (including TVSN and Innovations);

Delivery and logistics partners
We provide delivery partners, including Aramex Australia Pty Ltd and Aramex New Zealand Ltd, with your name, address, email and mobile number so they can deliver parcels, provide status updates, resolve delivery issues and arrange redelivery. These partners are only permitted to use your information for delivery purposes and not for their own marketing.

 

Cross-border transfers
Your personal information may be stored or accessed in Australia, New Zealand or other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any information transferred across borders is managed in accordance with the APPs and IPPs.
